Barbara Theodore
After spending years in various parts of the world accompanying her husband Jason while he served as a fighter pilot with the United States Air Force, Barbara returned home to the Seacoast in 1996.
Barbara's background of 25 years in sales and management has formed a great foundation for her role as Broker/Owner of Olde Port Properties. She has owned and managed a 70 unit condominium resort in New Mexico's Southern Rockies that included a full service restaurant, art school and art gallery and she was one of two sales people involved at the onset of the Wentworth by the Sea residential development in New Castle, New Hampshire. Her unique style has carried over to the people that she surrounds herself with. The office energy and team atmosphere are unmatched anywhere in the seacoast. "We match people to properties and properties to people, its great fun".
Since becoming a Realtor in 1996, Barbara has personally worked a sales volume of nearly $100 million.

George Carlisle and his wife, Susan, are both natives and lifelong residents of Portsmouth, NH. George joined Olde Port Properties after retiring from a very successful 30-year career as an executive in high tech printing and publishing. Known as a "turn-around specialist," George worked the last 16 years as President/CEO of three profitable international companies ranging from $50M to $300M.
George holds a BA degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and is a featured speaker on "Leadership" for a number of organizations and educational institutions. He recently joined the Board of Trustees of the Seacoast Repertory Theater and is a regular contributor to the Portsmouth Music Hall.
George specializes in both commercial and residential properties. He's completely "sold" on our seacoast area, and enjoys helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their goals.
